Hi, I’m Hannah, a OCN certified sleep consultant and mummy to two beautiful girls. I work with families who are feeling tired, overwhelmed, or just unsure about sleep, and I help them find responsive, realistic ways to make things feel a bit easier.
I’ve been there myself, and I understand how exhausting and confusing it can be when sleep isn’t going smoothly. That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. My role is to listen, support, and guide you through what’s going on with your baby or toddler, so you can feel more confident and get a bit more rest.
If you’re stuck in a cycle of sleepless nights or tricky nap routines, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
I take a calm, parent-friendly approach that’s rooted in evidence but shaped by real life. That means no rigid schedules, no pressure, and no judgment. Just practical support that fits your child and your family.
Whether you’re navigating newborn sleep, toddler transitions, or just trying to make bedtime feel less stressful, I’ll meet you where you are. Together, we’ll build a plan that feels doable, respectful, and reassuring.
Sleep doesn’t have to be perfect to feel better. And you don’t have to do it alone.
My story
I didn’t start out as a sleep consultant, I started out as a tired mum.
When my first baby arrived, I was overwhelmed by the flood of advice, the pressure to “do it right,” and the sheer exhaustion of figuring out sleep. I read the books, joined the forums, tried the tips and still found myself second guessing everything. I just wanted someone to listen, understand, and help me make sense of it all.
That experience stayed with me. When I had my second child, I approached sleep with more confidence, but I also saw how different every child is and how much parents need support that’s tailored, gentle, and realistic.
So I trained as a sleep consultant, with a focus on baby and toddler sleep, and built my practice around what I wish I’d had: calm, compassionate guidance that meets families where they are.
Now, I work with parents who are feeling tired, unsure, or stuck and I help them find sleep solutions that feel doable, gentle, and reassuring. My goal isn’t just better sleep, it’s helping you feel more confident, more rested, and more connected to your little one.
